The reconstruction of the water main and the sewerage along the south lane of Slivnitsa Blvd (from Otets Paisiy Str. to Hristo Botev Blvd.) is in full sweep when the traffic in Sofia is the smallest. In the 346 m long section aged pipes of the potable water main are replaced and rehabilitation is performed of the sewer system with the use of wear-resistant materials such as fiberglass.
Thus the capacity and flow rate will be increased for the domestic and street sewers. The 550,000 BGN project is part of the Investment Program of Sofiyska Voda AD for 2017.
At the beginning of September the recovery of the road surfaces on Slivnitsa Blvd. and Otets Paisiy Str. will be completed.
