What does our service include?
Leak repairs
You may contact us in case of a leak on a water main or house service connection before the revenue water meter. Our team will make an inspection and repair it.
Any leaks after the revenue meter are on the internal building installation and they should be repaired by the owners of the building (property).
Construction of water service connections
The construction of a new service connection to a building or tap in the yard of a given property is requested by its owner. Thus the property is connected to the water network, and for that purpose the following documents are required: a contract concluded for the connection, an approved detailed design for the water/sewer connection, an approved permit for temporary traffic organization, and a construction permit.
Temporary disconnection/restoring of the water supply
When the property will not be inhabited for a long time, the water supply can be disconnected for a certain period of time. In condominiums the service is provided only for apartments with installed individual meters. When the service is provided, the stop valve of the water meter node is sealed and no water consumption is billed for the property.
The water supply can be restored later at the request of the customer.
The disconnection of the water supply is completed within 5 business days, and its restoring – within 48 hours. Both services are requested by the property owner.
Permanent disconnection/ restoring of the water supply
The water supply is disconnected permanently from the service connection to the property. This is required in the cases where there is more than one connection to the property; when a building is constructed and the existing connection will not be used; when an old building is destroyed, etc.
If necessary or at the request of the customer, the water supply can be restored later. A necessary condition for that is the observation of all regulatory requirements in the construction of the connection.
The disconnection of the water supply is completed within 5 business days, and its restoring – within 48 hours. Both services are requested by the property owner.
